Hair transplantation is the technique in which the hair follicles are removed from where it is available in large quantity and transplanted in the scalp where it is available in small quantities. This procedure is adopted or advised only for few as hair restoration treatment.

Surgical operation is preferred in some people to give permanent solution to their hair loss and not all the sufferers are advised to undergo surgical treatment. Medical remedies for restoring your hair needs daily maintenance whereas surgical methods need occasional maintenance for every few years.
